01 · Community mission briefs

What goals each AI pod is working on

Every brief is a live mission on the RAOARA loop, drawn from real ACI business goals. Claim one, complete the ActionList, and your maturity — and capability credits — climb. Seats per brief are limited.

02 · The AI pod · 5 Paladin pilots

Five pilots fly the pod

The ACI pod is flown by five Paladin pilots from the Institution of AI — one per Lion agent. They plan the missions, curate the enterprise knowledge, build the automations, guard the compliance gates, and ship to production.

03 · Inside the pod

Knowledge, models & tools

The pod bundles a curated enterprise knowledge base, a registry of base and ACI-tuned models, and the tool layer the pilots orchestrate. The Institution of AI curates the KB and restricts training data to ACI members and vetted partners.

04 · SME member pool

The people in the pod

A verified pool of ACI employees and vetted partners, from AI newcomers to AIOps-mature builders, spanning every business segment. The pool is capped at 250 seats — activity keeps your seat.

Seats are activity-gated. Members inactive for 7 days on ActionBoard are automatically deactivated and their seat is released back to the pool — so the pod always reflects who is actually building.

05 · Community Master ActionBoard

One pod. Every board runs its own mission.

Members run experiments on their own boards and share the results up to the ACI Community Master ActionBoard — the hub where every experiment, KB entry, and skills file across segments lives. Each member also gets one private board to build their own use case.

🧪

Members share lab results

Every member publishes experiment results from their own ActionBoard into the community stream.

🏛️

Master board is the hub

All shared experiments, KB entries, and skills files are collected on the Community Master ActionBoard.

🔐

One private board each

Every member can open one private board to build their own use case — kept out of the shared hub.

06 · Future press releases

Every lab writes its outcome first

Each ACI AI lab starts from the release it intends to publish — a dated, outcome-driven headline with the KPIs it commits to move. These are forward-looking targets the pod is building toward, not results yet reported.

🔭

Forward-looking statements. The releases above describe target outcomes each lab is chartered to deliver. Progress against every KPI is tracked live on the segment's ActionBoard and reported up to the ACI Group Master Vision Board.

07 · Request to join

Apply for a seat in the pod

Use your ACI email (or partner email) to request a seat. Already on ActionBoard? Link your profile and your Black Lion can pick the request up directly. Seats are limited in the pod.

By requesting a seat you agree to the ACI AI community charter, data-residency policy and the 7-day activity policy.

🎟️

Seats are limited in each AI Labs pod. We review requests in order and hold a seat for you while onboarding — unclaimed holds are released back to the pool.

🪙

Backed by the ACI Institution of AI grant. Your seat runs on capability credits from the group AI grant. Partners contribute to the shared pod wallet to keep segment models running.

Stay active. Members inactive for 7 days on ActionBoard are deactivated so the seat can go to someone building.

How a seat works

  • 1
Request & hold. Email in, seat held while a Paladin reviews — first come, first served against the 100-seat cap.
  • 2
Credits to start. New members get an initial capability-credit grant from the ACI Institution of AI to run their first missions.
  • 3
Keep it running. The group grant funds ACI staff; partners top up the shared pod wallet to keep segment models running.
  • 4
Build & share. Share lab results to the Master board, or build privately on your one private board.
